NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR BIDS
CITY OF TRENTON

Sealed bids for the replacement of the Trenton City Hall HVAC system will be received by the City Administrator or his designee until 4:00pm on April 21, 2017 at City Hall, located at 14 West Broadway, Trenton, Illinois, 62293, and will thereafter be publicly opened and read.

The Municipality reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to accept such bid that is advantageous, beneficial or expeditious to the Municipality. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after bid opening. Bids may be corrected for clerical or typographical mistakes at the discretion of the Municipality, but not because of a mistake in judgment.

Bid specifications may be obtained by contacting Trenton City Hall (618) 224-7323 between the hours of 8:30am – 4:00pm. Bid documents must be returned in duplicate in a sealed envelope marked “Trenton City Hall HVAC Replacement Bid.”
